Fabulous Flamingo Beach

Tuesday, October 14th, 2008

This trip is very much like Tamarindo Beach, except for that the town of Flamingo Beach is a little bit calmer and has not been so bombarded with stores and restaurants. This destination is about the same distance as Tamarindo is from San José, but the town is smaller and more private, a little bit more high end, thus more relaxing.

A great plus is that it is close enough to Tamarindo to visit in a short ride. Same land and water activities can be done in Flamingo, and since Flamingo has a large Marina, it is a big attraction for those wanting to enjoy fishing trips or scuba diving trips. Flamingo Beach spring break 2016 is just an e-mail or call away.
